A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On June 18, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for a crime of escaping from military service by the High Military Court of the High Military Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 21, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. Larceny;

A. In September 2012, the Defendant: (a) held another victim C’s right and took one copy of the driver’s license, who was in possession of C, within the influent life room located in the 375 Sick-gun, Jinsung-gun, Gangwon-do, Jinsung-gun on September 2012; (b) held another victim C’s right and had another victim’s driver’s license.

B. From the end of August 2013 to September 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered the entrance door of the Ministry of Education of Technology and Science in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu from the end of August 2013 to September 1, 2013, and opened and entered the entrance door of the main office of the sports machinery and industry high school located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu; and (b) cut off Samsung Nowon-gu, one of the Samsung Emt North Korea (YAS91CC902955), where the market price of the victim D cannot be identified, and one of the Samsung E-North Korea (a ZM393ES40062) where the victim’s market price cannot be identified.

2. The Defendant infringed upon a structure through an open door to the main office of the building of the Gyeonggi Machinery and Industry High School, which is managed by the victim F, on the date and time set forth in paragraph (3) of Article 1, at the place set forth in paragraph (1), and on the ground that he thought that he would steal North Korea, a property located therein, was invaded into the sports machinery and industry high school, which is a building managed by the victim by opening an open door to the teachers’ office

3. On April 3, 2014, the Defendant was required to produce identification cards to undergo an examination of suspect with respect to the crime of larceny and intrusion on a structure under paragraphs (b), (c) and (2) within the valley of the Seoul Southern Police Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Gangnam-do, Seoul Metropolitan Government 461.

The Defendant was stolen as a crime described in paragraph 1(a).
