A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 1046"

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. On March 01, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded a male toilet window on the first floor of the E University at Asan City, Asan-si; (b) opened a drinking water storage next to the 3th floor of the victim F, managed by the victim F, in which the 3th floor of this Sub-section was located through the stairs; and cut off the drinking water with a wals (here) of an amount equivalent to 50,000 won at the market price of the victim’s possession in the storage thereof, which is the victim’s possession.

B. At around 02:20 on April 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded the first floor male toilet window of the E University at Asan-si; and (b) laid down in the Katop, 141, 185, 190, 192, and 192, carried the hand in the right side of the victim G installed in the Katop; and (c) cut off the same traditional custom inside the 500 foot and 100 foot, the Defendant used a 500 foot and a 100 foot, each of which is managed by the victim in the Katop, and stolen the 200,000 foot.

C. On April 24, 2015, at around 04:17, the Defendant intruded through the side door of the E-university won hall located in Asan-si, Asan-si, and stolen the same traditional custom inside the same time with the right side of the paid reproduction machine Nos. 138, 141, 145, 185, 186, 187, 192, and 350,000 won.

On April 28, 2015, at around 00:28, the Defendant intruded into E University’s main hall located in Asan City D through a new door or a side door, and stolen the same amount of 350,000 won in total, by inserting hand to the right-hand side of the paid reproduction machine No. 138, 141, 185, 186, 187, 190, 192, and 192.

E. From 02:00 to 03:00 on May 22, 2015, the Defendant came to the “Iceina” located in Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu.
