A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

3,000,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Busan District Court’s Dong Branch’s branch on September 22, 2016, and was not a person who completed the execution of the sentence in the Port Prison’s branch on February 17, 2017.

1. On June 12, 2017, around 18:35, the Defendant: (a) at the point of the branch office of the Bank J of the Republic of Korea located in Suwon-gu, Busan, the Defendant ordered the seller (i.e., a one-time philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”); (b) the seller (i.e., Cambodia’s dwelling F, etc.), who is a local mental medicine medicine, to take an order for the volume of philopon; and (iii) remitted the price of 1.5 million won from the said seller’s bank account (L). However, the Defendant attempted to purchase philopon because he was unable to receive the photograph of the place where the philop was located from the said seller, and attempted to purchase philop on the part of the seller.

On July 8, 2017, at the J branch of the above Bank J of the Republic of Korea, the Defendant ordered the said scopon to the said scopon seller (such as Cambodian F, etc.) and remitted 7.50,000 won of the scopon to the account of the said seller known to the said seller at around 15:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased 1g of the scopon on the scopon on the scopon in the instant scopon to the account of the said Bank.
