Reasons
Criminal facts
A. On June 4, 2012, around 16:00 on June 4, 2012, the defrauded made a false statement to the victim C’s home located in the Gunsan-si B, stating that “If you change KRW 1,00,000 as a prepaid deposit for the need for Abandon hospital expenses, the victim will be on board as a seafarer of D operated by the victim.”
However, the defendant did not intend to board as a seafarer of the above fishing vessel.
On June 4, 2012, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, obtained one million won in advance from the victim through the bank passbook other than the instant case E on June 4, 2012.
B. Around 14:00 on May 22, 2012, the Defendant: (a) drafted an employment contract in order to avoid the designated number of times on the roads of the Jindo Maritime Park Park in the Sinsan-dong, Sinsan-si; and (b) to get on the roads of the Sinsan-si, Sinsan-dong, the Defendant entered his name “F” by stealing the Defendant’s pro-friendly F resident registration number and other personal information; and (c) entered the resident registration number “G” in the “G”.
As a result, the defendant-friendly F was accused of the victim on June 7, 2012, and the defendant-friendly F was nominated on July 4, 2012 (the number of military maritime police stations: H).
② On April 27, 2014, around 04:35, the Defendant: (a) inspected two police officers, etc., who belong to the Busan Dong-dong Police Station in front of the Busan Dong-gu, Busan, on the street bank; and (b) signed his resident registration number on the report on the discovery of the designated person’s location, stating that his resident registration number is “G”.
Accordingly, in order to avoid the number of times, the report on the discovery of the designated person's location was made to enter "G", which is his/her relative F resident registration number, and used the other person's resident registration number unlawfully.
