Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the representative of “D” on the first floor below the Busan building, and Defendant B is a non-profit non-governmental organization whose main business is the foregoing “D” director, “D” is the participation in after-school classes, and the holding of music meetings through talent donation. It is a non-profit non-governmental organization in Busan City to expand social services and provide stable job opportunities through the expansion of designation of preliminary social enterprises and job creation projects in Busan City, thereby contributing to the integration of local communities and the improvement of the quality of life of citizens. In collusion with “the second preliminary social enterprise designation and reserve) job creation projects,” which were implemented from September 28, 2017 to September 27, 2020.

In spite of the fact that anyone did not receive subsidies or indirect subsidies by filing a false application or by other unlawful means, the Defendants conspired to receive subsidies by deceiving a person in charge of the affairs of the Busan E-Gu office, as if he/she were to receive the full amount of the above amount, even though the Defendants pretended to have paid the said amount to an employee who did not work for the said D, or he/she received a partial refund of the said amount after remitting the said amount to the said employee’s benefits.

Although F did not work in D’s “D” from around May 2018 on the grounds of childbirth, the Defendants: (a) prepared a false attendance card as if F had worked in D’s “D”; (b) entered the attendance card, etc. to receive subsidies in the social corporate integration system, and received KRW 1,207,390 as F’s salary from Busan E-Gu office around July 5, 2018; and (c) received KRW 1,207,390 as F’s salary from D’s office around July 5, 2018; and (d) received subsidies from around 60 times from around December 27, 2019 to December 27, 2019.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with each other and make false statements.
