Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter truck truck.

On April 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) on April 23, 2016, around 19:56, the Defendant boarded the said truck on the driver’s seat in order to stop the said truck, which was parked in a slope in front of a restaurant located in D, Busan, Jin-gu, with a view to stopping the said truck as a slope.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to operate the steering gear and brakes accurately, thereby getting off the above truck parked along the slope of the decline, and failed to properly operate it, and caused about 100 meters of the above truck to run as a slope, and caused the victim G’s Hstren car owned by the victim G, which was parked in front of the F cafeteria. The above truck continued to fall off and turned off to the sidewalk, and led the victim’s horizontal trees owned by the victim of the Republic of Korea, which were parked in front of the F cafeteria, to fall short of the two streets, and the above street number was cut down and turned down to the sidewalk, and led the victim’s car owned by the victim and the victim’s K, which was parked next to the road.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, destroyed the said rocketing car to be repaired in approximately KRW 1,584,130, approximately KRW 6,407,027, and approximately KRW 253,878, and approximately KRW 1,604,00,00 of the repair cost for the said SM5 car, and escaped without immediately stopping the said car and taking necessary measures.
