A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the operator of the “C” entertainment shop in Daejeon Pungdong-gu B and the second floor.

No person shall employ any foreigner who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities.

Nevertheless, from December 31, 2019 to January 29, 2020, the Defendant employed seven foreigners who are unable to engage in job-seeking activities, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, including: (a) entering the said C amusement shop as a visa exemption qualification; (b) entering the D of the Russian nationality of a Russian who is unable to engage in job-seeking activities, at the intervals of KRW 100,000 won per month and KRW 10,000 per month; and (c) employing them as an entertainment service provider who complies with alcohol or singing as an entertainment service provider; and (d) employing seven foreigners who are recorded in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
