A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates entertainment establishments under the trade name of the Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon.

When any person desires to employ a foreigner, he shall employ in Korea a person having the status of sojourn eligible for employment in accordance with the Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, from October 2018 to February 15, 2019, the Defendant employed 12 foreigners who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment as shown in the attached list of crimes, including employment of Russia nationality D (D, Ears and women) with no legitimate status of sojourn eligible for employment at the above entertainment establishments.
