1. Attached Form (1) shall be put to an auction for real estate and the amount obtained by deducting the costs of the auction from the proceeds thereof shall be as shown in attached Form (1);
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff and the Defendants inherited each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 2 in the separate sheet between them.
B. Until now, the Plaintiff and the Defendants did not lead to the outcome of the consultation on the division of the said real estate.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the plaintiff, as co-owner, may claim a partition of each real estate of this case against the defendants on the basis of his co-ownership, and considering various circumstances such as the aforementioned share ratio, the location, area, use, form, present use status and surrounding circumstances of each real estate of this case, and the co-owner's intention, it is reasonable to divide the real estate of this case into auction and distribute the price so-called price payment, even if it is impossible to divide the real estate of this case in kind or it is possible in form.
3. It is so decided as per Disposition by dividing each real estate listed in the separate sheet as above.
