Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a safety and health manager who acts for Defendant A, the main business owner of the business, with respect to the field work of “E construction work” located in Gwangju Mine-gu D, which Defendant A performed by Defendant B, as a site manager in Gwangju Northern-gu C.
A.
