Defendant
A is a person who has been driving a vehicle for daily use, and the defendant B is a person who has overall control over the employment, work instruction, supervision, etc. of workers as an employer of an E company.
On February 6, 2014, at the entrance of the E company located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government F, Defendants jointly worked to load and unload the board which the victim G was transported to five tons of freight trucks in order to work to cover the board in the outer wall of factory at the entrance of the E company located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City.
Defendant
A has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving the board of 9m length, which is loaded on cargo trucks, so that the board does not pay one part of it.
