1. Defendant A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A and Defendant B are those who recruit people and return to the dry field, etc. requiring descendants, and engage in crops crops.

1. He/she shall not solicit the employment of any foreigner who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities of the defendant A;

Nevertheless, on January 2016, the Defendant received a request from Vietnamese who wanting to be employed from Vietnam women D, so that he/she is aware of the job because he/she is a citizen of the Republic of Korea, and tried to introduce the defendant to B upon a request from D to ask for questioning the person who is to work in Vietnam.

Accordingly, around January 12, 2016, the Defendant received five Vietnames, including G, H, I, J, and K, who did not have the status of stay for job-seeking activities after entering Jeju-si EF Hospital with a certificate from D on the same day from Jeju-si, and introduced them to B.

As a result, the Defendant arranged the employment of five Vietnamese, who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities.

2. No person who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities of Defendant B shall be employed;

Nevertheless, on January 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) provided five Vietnames, who were introduced by A, as described in paragraph (1) of this Article, with accommodation in Lanpo-si Lanpo-si Lanpo-si; (b) provided three days from January 13, 2016 to January 15, 2016, the Defendant paid KRW 50,000 per day in a dry field cultivated by Nanpo-si, Seopo-si, Nan-si, and caused the Defendant to harvest military arms.

Accordingly, the Defendant employed the above five Vietnamese who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities.
