Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, each of the above two years against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who operates a fee job placement service with the trade name “E Job Referral” in Jeju.

No person shall arrange or solicit the employment of any foreigner who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities.

Nevertheless, on February 15, 2016, from around March 21, 2016 to around March 21, 2016, the Defendant arranged to employ a foreign national of the Chinese nationality to a construction site located in Jeju-do, who does not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment by entering Jeju-do without a visa, for the purpose of tourism in the above E-employment brokerage center, and provided six foreign nationals of the Chinese nationality who do not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment as described in attached Table 1 of the daily list of crimes, to work at the construction site located in Jeju-do and received 20,000 won per foreign national as a result.

As a result, the defendant arranged the employment of foreigners who do not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities as a business.

2. Defendant B is a person who operates a fee job placement service with the trade name “H” from G at Jeju.

No person shall arrange or solicit the employment of any foreigner who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities.

Nevertheless, on March 19, 2016, from around March 21, 2016 to around March 21, 2016, the Defendant arranged for employment of the foreigner I of Chinese nationality in the construction site located in Jeju-do, who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment by entering Jeju-do without a visa for the purpose of tourism at the above H office without a visa, and received 10,000 won per foreigner per day from the construction site located in Jeju-do.
