A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On October 2015, the Defendant acquired forged foreign currencies issued USD 285 (U.S. dollars 32,276,250) to the Defendant’s residence in Yongsan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City D1, which was forged by an unrecognating method from “E” with which his personal information is unknown, and the above E forged USD 32,276,250 for the purpose of committing a crime, such as fraud, and the Defendant was aware of such fact.

In this respect, the defendant acquired the United States currency, which was forged for the purpose of exercising the right.

B. On July 2015, the Defendant acquired a copy of the Canadian passport, a private document, which was forged by attaching his/her photograph to a passport in the name of Canadian, Canadian, whose personal information was falsely recorded, in the middle and fourth in the Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred to as Canadian passport).

On October 23, 2015, the Defendant put a Canadian passport in the name of "F" in the name of "Canadian," which was forged in order to pretend that it is a Canadian, at around 12:00 on a lot that is located in B-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, and 30 on a lot. The Defendant presented the Canadian passport in the name of "F" in order to pretend that it is a Canadian, as the Canadian passport.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised a Canadian passport in the name of "F", which is a forged private document.

2. Defendant B, by misrepresenting the executives of the African Bank (OF Africa) and diplomats, conspiredd with the name “G” where it is impossible to identify that part of the deposits would have been distributed if the Defendant paid expenses incurred in bringing a large amount of deposits deposited to the African Bank into the Republic of Korea.

Accordingly, the above “G” assumes the executive officers of the African Bank located in the Republic of Africa and the Republic of Korea, and colors the Korean victims through the Africa North Korea, and the Defendant, via the Diplomatic reciting, took the said deposits into Korea as the representative of the U.S. Diplomatic H, which would bring the said deposits into Korea.
