Basic Facts

A. The Plaintiff’s process of mutual change 1) A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) for which I was the representative director

L Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “L”) with its trade name on June 17, 2013

On September 1, 2006, the date of registration of the contents of the right to collateral security, which was established on September 29, 2006, the establishment of the right to collateral security of 1,30,000 won and the change of the right to collateral security of 1,50,000 won and the right to collateral security of 1,30,000 won and the right to collateral security of 1,50,000 won and the right to collateral security of 2,000 won and the right to collateral security of 2,000 won and the right to collateral security of 2,000 won and the right to collateral security of 3,00,000 won and the right to collateral security of 5,20,000 won and the right to collateral security of 4,000,000 won and the right to collateral security of 2,00,000 won and the right to collateral security was cancelled on November 2, 2012.
