1. The Defendant’s successor intervenor is entitled to 42.5606/334 of the size of 334 square meters in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon (Non-Dong 201)’s share.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The changes in the rights related to the instant case in the Jung-gu Daejeon District Court Decision 334 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) are as follows:
On January 10, 2002, on October 8, 2002, 200, the title holder of a right to the registration and other matters prior to ownership transfer, are as shown in the attached list of ownership site rights [the indication of one building] to the debtor Cmortgage Co., Ltd. (Withdrawal of the maximum debt amount of 143,000,000,000 won on October 8, 2002, the establishment of Cmortgage on October 10, 2002 by a purchaser of a right to the registration.
On November 26, 2002, the change of the registered right to collateral security on April 8, 2005, ownership (291.4394/334) of the part of the ownership for sale due to the voluntary auction (291.4394/334) on April 8, 2005, 42.5606/334 (Non-Dong 302), the change of the right to collateral security (No. 25530 of April 27, 2005, No. 2530 of April 26, 2005, the ownership for sale due to voluntary auction (248.878/348 of the share) owned on April 27, 2005 (No. 2034/374 of the share for sale) owned on April 27, 2005 (No. 2002) and the ownership for sale (No. 3484.34/37484.4 of the share);
B. The house listed in the attached list (hereinafter “instant house”) originally became the registration of ownership preservation in C’s name. On November 26, 2002, the registration of ownership transfer was made for sale under D’s name. On April 12, 2005, the registration of ownership transfer was made on April 12, 2005 under E’s name, and the registration of ownership transfer was again made on February 17, 2006 under the Plaintiff’s name on December 28, 2005.
C. On May 22, 2009, the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant”) entered into a contract with the Federation of community credit cooperatives to transfer and receive claims, and community credit cooperatives.
