Punishment of the crime

On May 5, 2013, at around 07:35, the Defendant driven a B-house owned by the Defendant without a driver’s license, a approximately seven km section from the Mannnel church in Ansan-si, to the front road of the Sinwon-gu, Sucheon-dong, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
