On July 21, 2014, at around 21:20, the Defendant driven a B Mt Motor Vehicle without a vehicle driver's license, a approximately KRW 100 meters section from the 3rd road at the Orcheon-si, Seocheon-gu, Busan to the 10th road at the same time.
