On January 11, 2017, the Defendant driven a B vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling to 0.091% of alcohol leveling from around 21:50 to around 22:05 on the same day, from around 22:05 to the front road of the Sinpo-ri, Mapo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.
