Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 11, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (divated driving) is driving a vehicle of approximately 2 km owned by the Defendant while under the influence of alcohol by 0.095% of alcohol content in the blood alcohol level to the intersection of the ambro in the Eup/Myeon in the city of Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, a city of Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.

2. The Defendant is engaged in driving of B Poter trucks owned by himself/herself, in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation.

Where any third person dies or is injured due to the operation of a motor vehicle, the owner of the motor vehicle shall subscribe to the mandatory insurance liable for paying a certain amount to the victim, and shall not operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by the mandatory insurance on the road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the said vehicle that was not covered by the mandatory insurance with approximately 2 km from the Simri-ri to the Simri-si in the city of Kimpo-si to the Simri-si of Kimpo-si to Kimpo-si.
