1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 26, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant, the insured, and the beneficiaries other than death as the Defendant (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). The instant insurance contract includes security payment for the daily amount of hospitalization when the insured is hospitalized due to illness or injury.

B. From August 6, 2009 to September 23, 2009, the Defendant was hospitalized for 611 days in total on 28 occasions as follows: (a) the Defendant was hospitalized for 49 days from the 49th day of 2009 to the 49th day of 2009, as well as for other estimated signboards specified in attached Table 2 from around that time to September 5, 2016, including those subject to hospitalized treatment for rupture, Gungs, Gungs, chrons’ salt and tensions; (b) detailed known cuplicities; (c) cuplicating and other conical obstacles accompanied by the pathic disease certificate indicating a smoke; (d) cuplicative spathic disease accompanied by the pathic disease certificate indicating a smoke; (e) cuplicical spathic fla

(hereinafter “instant insurance accident”). C.

The details of the guaranteed insurance contract of which coverage is similar to those of the insurance contract of this case among the insurance contracts in which the defendant is the insured shall be as shown in attached Table 3.

The sum paid by the Plaintiff to the Defendant is KRW 49,04,150 in total.

E. From 2006 to 2016, the Defendant reported global income and daily wage as listed in the following table.
