1. Basic facts

A. On March 29, 2007, the Defendant concluded each of the insurance contracts listed in the separate sheet 1, and the insurance contracts listed in the separate sheet 2 on November 20, 2008 (hereinafter “each of the above insurance contracts”) with the Plaintiff as the insured.

B. From May 7, 2007 to June 5, 2007, the Defendant received hospitalized treatment for 187 days in total by 187 days from May 23, 2015, as indicated in the following table 1, as well as having received hospitalized treatment at B hospital due to cerebral chinum, chinitis, etc.
