A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a sexual traffic business in the name of “C” with eight facilities equipped with a shower facility with an exclusive area of 339.207 square meters and a shower facility of 339.207 square meters in Sii-si.

1. No one shall advertise any business establishment that performs commercial sex acts, arrangement of commercial sex acts, etc. in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic;

Nevertheless, from July 2019 to August 8, 2019, the Defendant arranged similar sexual intercourse with a male guest under his/her name to receive KRW 80,000 from a male guest under his/her name and to have the sexual traffic female F, etc. look at a light with his/her hand, and to have the sexual traffic female F, etc. look at a light of the light.
