Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2016, the Defendant driven a BNF small-scale car from around 22 km to the front day of the 171-ri Si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the front day of the 171-ri, Changwon-si, who was not opened without the driver’s license on August 26, 2016, to the front day of the 25-ri, Changwon-si.

Summary of Evidence

The reason for sentencing under Articles 70(1) and 69(2) of the Criminal Act, which had been sentenced to imprisonment for eight months or two years of suspension of execution due to the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and committed the instant crime, is a reason unfavorable to the Defendant. However, despite the fact that the Defendant recognized the instant crime and reflects the fact that the Defendant did not cause a traffic accident due to the instant crime, the Defendant did not have any record of being punished only for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving). When the sentence of this case becomes final and conclusive, the Defendant shall be sentenced to imprisonment for eight months of the suspended sentence after the sentence of the previous suspension of execution is invalidated and sentenced, taking into account favorable sentencing such as the fact that it seems to be too harsh, and other favorable sentencing such as the order of the fine as prescribed in Article 51 of the Criminal Act, and the fact that the same act will no longer be repeated even once more.
