A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “2020 Man-Ma225” between the victim B (the 59 years of age) and the victim C (the 58 years of age) who is the married couple and the village neighbors, and the Defendant, when the victim B was in charge of the head of the village leader around 2019, had a large number of dissatisfactions by disregarding the existing rules of the village and disregarding the village people.

1. Around 19:25 on February 19, 2020, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim’s residence in Gangwon-do Crossing-gun with a drunk influence; (b) laid off gasoline transit transit fees ( approximately 10.5cm in length, approximately 21cm in total length) containing about 8 liters, which are dangerous articles in front of the string; and (c) threatened the victim C with the following: (a) threatening the victim C with the “nick where the victim is profes, fescin, fescin, fescin, fescin, and fescin, fescin, fescin, and fescin,” and threatened the victim C with dangerous articles.

2. Around February 19, 2020: (a) on February 19, 2020, the Defendant: (b) threatened the victims with the victim B and the victim C, saying, at around 20:16, the victim would be at least 21 cm in length and 46 cm in length; (c) the victim would be at least 10 cm in length; and (d) the victim would be at least 36 cm in length; and (e) threatened the victims with dangerous articles.

On September 6, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Seoul Southern District Court.

【Criminal Facts】

On February 19, 2020, the Defendant, at around 20:16, driven a 300-meter radius from the road in the Crossing-gun E to D, while driving a fwing-III cargo vehicle with drinking alcohol in about 300 meters. After receiving the report of 112 from B, the Defendant was dispatched to the G District of the Crossing-gun Police Station, and then called the Defendant from the H and the Inspector I, who was waiting in the atmosphere.
