Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On December 23, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor due to the alteration of official documents, etc. in the support for the development of the method of Suwonwon, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 10, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant’s occupational embezzlement: (a) from around October 2010 to October 2015, the victim’s architectural firm “E” (hereinafter “victim”) located within D Commercial Building 208 at Si interest time.

In the office of the victim, part of the down payment, design fee, etc. paid by the owner of the building who entered into a construction contract with the victim according to the permission of the representative architectural private person F, was paid to the owner of the building in the personal name of the defendant, and the owner of the building under the name of the victim entered into a contract such as construction design, permission, etc. with the owner of the building in the name of the victim, and the design cost, etc. received in the personal name of the defendant.

Around April 15, 2010, the Defendant concluded a delegation agreement with the owner of the building to permit H warehouse facilities and I neighborhood living facilities and to change the purpose thereof as an employee of the victim at the above office, and embezzled the contract by using the deposited money of KRW 1,09,390,000 from G to the new bank account (J) in the name of the Defendant, as shown in the attached list from October 6, 2015, as well as by using the deposited money of KRW 209,390,000 from the date of deposit to October 6, 2015.

2. On March 2014, the Defendant: (a) received permission from K to be an initial animal and plant-related facility (a stable) from K in the events, such as electronic records, and electronic records of the above writers; (b) on the ground that he/she had become aware of the fact that he/she had already been used as an unauthorized automobile parts manufacturing factory for 13 years, and thus has not obtained approval for use; (c) he/she would obtain approval for use from K.

The proposal and the transfer of KRW 40,000,000 was made, and the F architect's certificate of "E" shall be the F architect's certificate on the "S" system for construction administration of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
