Criminal facts

1. The Defendants involved in the crime of sexual traffic is the head of the office who has conducted activities such as guidance for customers, cleaning, settlement of profits, etc. at a sexual traffic business establishment operated under the name of "C", which is operated by the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dtel studio.

From August 2018 to October 2018, the Defendants placed an advertisement on Internet site “E” and “F”, etc. from around August 2018 to around December 2018, the Defendants received 1.60,000 won as the price for sexual traffic from male customers who found the advertisement, and directed them to the said officetel room, and had them do sexual intercourse with female employees and sexual intercourse who were waiting there.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. Defendant A related to the crimes of “G” and “H” are the operators of commercial sex acts operated under the name of “G” and “H” under the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government International Officetel J, K, L, M, N,O, P, Q, etc., and Defendant B is the head of the office who provided customer guidance, settlement of profits, etc.

The Defendants, together from January 20, 2019 to July 24, 2019, advertised Internet site “E”, “F, etc., and reported this to the Defendants, directed male customers who found the advertisement to the said officetel heading room with the amount of sexual traffic at KRW 160,000 to KRW 180,000,000 and waiting for sexual intercourse with R, S, etc.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
