Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants Defendant A is the operator of a commercial sex acts establishment, including Suwon-si Office Gtel No. 101, 225, and 8 officetels in Suwon-si, and Defendant B is the head of the above “H”.
The Defendants conspired with the Defendants, from April 2013 to February 21, 2015, Defendant A, from December 12, 2014 to February 21, 2015, Defendant B, from February 21, 2014 to February 21, 200, employed six female members of sexual traffic, such as I and J, at “H” in the above officetels, posted an advertisement on the Internet site K and L, posted the advertisement on the said advertisement, and arranged sexual traffic by guiding the said male and female sexual traffic to the officetel room.
