A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2011, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Changwon District Court Jinwon Branch on September 21, 201, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 6 million by the same court on July 21, 2020.

On December 8, 2020, around 20:15, the Defendant driven GMW car at approximately 50 meters in front of the F cafeteria in the vicinity of the D cafeteria in Jinju City, D, and D, in the direction of about 50 meters, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.072% during blood.

As a result, the Defendant was driving a motor vehicle in violation of the prohibition on drinking more than twice.
