Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 31, 2010, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the Changwon District Court's Jinju branch.

On August 19, 2020, the Defendant driven a Dbe-cr cruise car under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.172% from approximately 7 km to the roads in front of the Jin-si public playground located in Jin-dong, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Seoul, to the roads in front of the C public bath in the same city.

As a result, the Defendant was driving a motor vehicle in violation of the prohibition on drinking more than twice.
