A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On November 17, 2018, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.21:37% of the blood alcohol level on Nov. 17, 2018, driven C Coindo-B-B car in the 17km section from the front of the Defendant’s residence located in Jungungungung-gun B in the same military, to the front road of the Goungung-Eup, Goungung-dong, the 42km-B-B car in the same military.

B. On November 18, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime of November 18, 2018, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.158% around November 22:34, 2018, driven the instant C Coindo-Ban truck at the 17km section from the Defendant’s residence to the roads front of the Goungungung Police Station’s right.

C. On November 19, 2018, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 04:30% of the blood alcohol level on November 19, 2018, driven a non-registered two-wheeled vehicle (D) at the 12km section from the Defendant’s residence to the school box within the 74km-ro, Goungung-gun, Goung-gun, Goung-gun, Goung-gun, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, and drives a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again in violation of this provision.

On November 21, 2018, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol around 10:57 on November 21, 2018, driven the above C C C C C - B-B car at a section of about 12 km from the Defendant’s residence to the Eup box within the said Goungung Police Station, under the influence of alcohol leveling to 0.157%.

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, and driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again in violation of this provision.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) operated the automobile without registration owned by the Defendant, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the date, time, and place under paragraph (1).
