Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has worked as an employee of a mutual meat seller in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government as D Mart within the general marina of D Mart.

No person who sells agricultural and fishery products shall place a false indication of origin or sell agricultural and fishery products in a disguised manner.

On May 30, 2016, the Defendant purchased each of the 17.5kg(213,500 won) of the revenue of the United States of America from Ann&C Co., Ltd. in Ansan-si Co., Ltd. and 24.8kg(74,00 won) from Ann&C Co., Ltd., and on June 16, 2016, the Defendant purchased each of the 765 U.S. revenue from Ann&C Co., Ltd. in the Republic of Korea from Ann&C Co., Ltd., Ltd. in the Republic of Korea-do 24.8kg(74,000 won).

The Defendant did not display the U.S. dollars imported from the U.S. dollars as above at the display site, and if a consumer asks for the Republic of Korea to do so, the Defendant left the slurry of the U.S. dollars imported from the U.S. dollars, and sold them to the general consumer under the disguised country of origin by taking out the slurry of the U.S. dollars imported from

As a result, from June 25, 2016 to June 28, 2016, the Defendant sold 6 km (sale price: 198,00) of U.S. A.M. A. M. to general consumers under the disguised country of origin by mixing 60 g of the U.S. revenue known in the U.S. and 280 g of the Korean Chinese Chinese-do Chinese-do 280 g of the two countries’ street products with the false country of the country of origin indicated as Korean-Japan-do 2 340 g of the store display.
