1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
(b) from June 26, 2013, entry in the separate sheet.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On May 20, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) agreed to receive the deposit from the Defendant for a monthly rent of KRW 3,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 180,000; and (b) from May 25, 2013 to May 24, 2015; and (c) the deposit is paid to the Defendant by September 25, 2013.
B. However, the defendant does not pay to the plaintiff the deposit and the subsequent rent, and the plaintiff should terminate the above lease contract on this ground.
