Punishment of the crime

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. On November 3, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime of November 3, 2019, from around 21:10 to 22:27 of the same day, up to “Dcafeteria” operated by the victim C in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul. The Defendant opened the locks in which the victim was corrected at the entrance of the next door, which is capable of going up to the second floor of the said restaurant, and entered the door, and carried 348,000 won in cash, which is contained in the shopping bags located in the air conditioners of the bank of the first floor.

B. On November 7, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime of November 7, 2019, at around 00:29, up to “G stores operated by the Victim FF in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul,” the Defendant held the victim’s property equivalent to KRW 400,000,000, including one simple credit cooperative worth KRW 100,000, in total, in a knife-knife with a knife with a knife with a knife with a knife with a knife with a knife with a knife with a knife with a knife with a k

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure managed by others at night twice in total, and stolen it with property amounting to the total amount of 748,000 won owned by others.

2. On November 7, 2019, around 00:11, the Defendant, who attempted to larceny at night buildings, was “J store” operated by the victim I located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, and the Defendant operated a net emergency bell that was raised with a stack installed at the entrance to steal money and valuables by intrusioning the victim’s cresh in the said cresh, thereby flying.

Accordingly, the defendant did not commit a theft of property owned by another person at night, and did not commit an attempted crime, due to the intrusion on another person's management at night.
