Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, for one year from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, the above sentence against the Defendants is imposed.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who has been married with D on December 20, 1995.

At around 02:30 on November 9, 2009, the Defendant sent to the B with a single sexual intercourse at the bath room of 309 the FMoel 309 located in Busan Shipping Daegu E.

2. Defendant B knew that he was a spouse, and even at the same time and place as in paragraph (1), the Defendant had sexual intercourse with A once as above.
