Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

30 days each of the detention days before the sentence of this judgment is made to the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a spouse who has completed a marriage report with D on January 31, 1991.

On July 25, 2007, the Defendant passed a single sexual intercourse with B from 1201, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon.

2. Defendant B knew that he was a spouse of the above A, and had sexual intercourse with A at the same time and place as above, as the above, at the same time and place as the above.
