Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On March 22, 2015, at around 10:20, the Defendant was required to present an identification card for casino entry from the security personnel B, at around 265, the Gangwon-do Woo-gun, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do.

Accordingly, the defendant presented to B the resident registration certificate of the Suwon Market C, which was borrowed from pro-friendly C, as one of his identification witnesses.

Accordingly, the defendant used his resident registration certificate which is an official document unlawfully.
