Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On October 9, 2015, at around 01:00, the Defendant was required to present an identification card for casino entry at C casino identity search stand in G, Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, and security personnel D.

Accordingly, the defendant presented D the resident registration certificate of the Suwon Market E, which was issued by pro-friendly E, as one of his identification witnesses.

Accordingly, the defendant used his resident registration certificate which is an official document unlawfully.
