Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Any person who intends to engage in the international marriage brokerage business shall be registered with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over an area where he/she intends to establish a brokerage office in compliance with the requirements of capital provided in Acts and subordinate statutes, surety insurance, brokerage offices,

Nevertheless, around July 2017, the Defendant received 1,4960,000 won in return for the arrangement of marriage B and C, a male who wants international marriage at the coffee shop, and Vietnamese women, as well as 1,4960,000 won in return for the arrangement of marriage expenses, fees, etc. around December 24, 2017, while mediating marriage between D and Vietnamese women, who want international marriage at the coffee shop, around December 24, 2017. On August 31, 2017, the Defendant received 1,60,000 won in return for the arrangement of marriage expenses, including marriage expenses, fees, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant carried out unregistered international marriage brokerage business.
