Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

From October 5, 2014 to October 29, 2014, the Defendant, in the name of “C” without registering the Defendant’s office located in Kimcheon-si with the competent authority, performed the international marriage brokerage business by receiving KRW 3 million from D, E, KRW 10 million from E, and KRW 6 million from F, respectively.
