A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a relative father of the victim C and the victim D, was able to commit an indecent act by force by taking advantage of the fact that the victims have a mental disorder of 2-3 level, and frequently abused and violent violence are very uncomfortable to the victims, since the victims were born to live in the house of the Defendant from the time of their birth.

1. Crimes against victims C;

A. On June 2005, the Defendant: (a) inside the Defendant’s house located in Incheon around the date of the 2005, the Defendant sent his fingers to the victim C (n, female, 9 years of age) who was divingd by inserting his hand into the part of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim by taking advantage of the victim's blood victim's state to resist.

C. At around 11:00 on January 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) made the victim C (nives, 17 years of age) enter the said Defendant’s house, saying, “I would like to see.” and (b) rejected and refused to do so on the ground that he is in the middle of the birth, the Defendant “I are no official” to the victim; and (c) exceeded and pande the victim’s sexual organ by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on the victim's kinship.

At around 14:00 on January 20, 2014, the defendant "Cia, 17 years of age" to the above defendant's house, and "C" to the victim C (the 17 years of age).
