A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant started to live together with the victim who was brought up by his mother after having divorced from the victim C, his wife, and the victim who was brought up by his mother to his own residence in 2010.

1. From December 201 to January 201, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts, such as deceptive schemes against minors under the age of 13), committed a similar act by inserting his sexual organ into the victim’s mouth in his/her dwelling place located in Daejeon Dong-gu D apartment 405 Dong-gu 603, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon (hereinafter referred to as “the age of 10 at the time”) and having the victim C (hereinafter referred to as “the age of 10 at the time”), with his/her desire to take the same bath, and taking the bath into the victim’s room.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age by force.

2. From July 2013 to around September 2013, the Defendant, who violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent act by force by force by blood) and the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (indecent act by force by minor under the age of 13), caused the said victim (the age of 12 at that time) who was diving in his/her residence to a twitty lease by shouldering the said victim (the age of 12 at that time) at around 4: (a) let him/her over his/her panty and panty; (b) let the victim go off, and her her her her her her her her her her her sty

In this respect, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim's relatives, and at the same time committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age.

3. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On August 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim (the 14 years of age at that time) who was TV set up in the above residence of the Defendant on August 1, 2015, on his/her own hand, committed an indecent act by force against the victim.

B. On August 26, 2015, the Defendant is adjacent to the Defendant in his/her residence at the same time.
