[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

1. As to the assault case between Defendant A and the Victim C (Nam, 38 years old) and a neighboring resident without any ordinary exchange, around October 30, 2019, at around 15:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim at around 16:40 on the same day on the ground that the police officer dispatched to the scene made a statement of an unfavorable witness to the Defendant. Accordingly, on April 23, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million due to the assault committed by the Seoul Northern District Court on April 23, 202, and the Defendant thereafter had a deep objection against the victim’s testimony and reporting of the damage caused by assault.

On August 8, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the Act on Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) found in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul E Building and F, which is the domicile of the victim C, and threatened the victim with a view to retaliationing the victim’s witness’s testimony and reporting of assault damage. “A fine of KRW 1,50,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000

As a result, the defendant threatened the victim for the purpose of retaliation against the provision of a criminal investigation report, such as a complaint or accusation, statement, testimony or submission of data in connection with the investigation or trial of his or another person's criminal case.

B. On August 8, 2020, around 00:35, the Defendant, as seen above, opened a joint entrance of multi-household E-household housing in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and opened it in front of the Fho Lake, with a large amount of lusium, and intruded into the residence of the said victim C by generating the entrance door of the said victim C, the victim and the co-resident of the said building.

2. Defendant B is a family-friendly relationship with Defendant A.

At around 00:45 on August 8, 2020, the Defendant received 112 reports in relation to the aforementioned acts of retaliation, intimidation, and intrusion against a house from Dongdaemun-gu Seoul building.
