Defendant

A and D are the employees of the F station in the Gu and Si E, and the suspects B are the representatives of the above station.

No person shall manufacture, import, store, transport, keep in custody, or sell pseudo petroleum products.

1. Defendant A and D are employees who mainly engage in the business of delivering petroleum at the above gas station, and when they deliver it to the construction machinery in the construction site of G construction site in progress in the construction work in the above gas station B, the representative of the oil station B, and when they supply it to the construction machinery in the construction site of G construction site, the construction work in the note, the construction work in the above gas station B, Defendant A and D conspired to gain profits of KRW 500,000 per month by mixing light oil with relatively low light oil prices.

B.
