A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2014, the Defendant: (a) returned the seals attached to the registration license plate attached to the victim D, which was owned by the victim D, to a 125cc c son in his/her possession, and removed the said registration license plate from it on his/her hand; and (b) stolen the said registration license plate.

2. On June 2014, the Defendant illegally used the registration number plate, which was stolen as referred to in paragraph 1, on the street 9 U.S. 7-3, 7-3, 2014, was attached to the two-wheeled vehicle owned by the Defendant and used the registration number plate, which was the air gate.

3. At around 12:50 on July 20, 2014, the Defendant used a stolen registration number plate as prescribed in paragraph (2) at the front of the Si Democratic Cemetery located in the 7-lane 9 U.S. in the same city north-dong at the same time, following the operation of a section of about 5km on the above two-wheeled vehicle number plate owned by the Defendant, and exercised the air units illegally used.

4. Notwithstanding the fact that an automobile cannot be operated by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, the Defendant operated the said two-wheeled automobile which was not covered by mandatory insurance as provided in paragraph (3).

5. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) provided that the Defendant was driving a two-wheeled vehicle owned by the Defendant without obtaining a Class 2 driver's license.

6. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a two-wheeled vehicle.

At around 12:50 on July 20, 2014, the Defendant driven the above two-wheeled vehicle and driven the two-lane road in front of the two-lane village located in the North Korea-dong in the East Sea in the East Sea, along the two-lanes from the long-distance flooding area of filial length to the erobbbial bank.

Since the location is an intersection where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to safely drive a person engaged in driving service according to the signals.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and without a driver's license for a two-wheeled vehicle.
