A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. B With respect to the registration number plate;

A. In order to register a two-wheeled vehicle with a middle speed and receive a registration number plate of a two-wheeled vehicle, the Defendant had no money to pay the premium, stolen the registration number plate of another two-wheeled vehicle, and sentenced the Defendant to drive it on the two-wheeled vehicle.

On March 2019, the Defendant discovered BCA110S two-wheeled vehicles owned by the victim D and removed the two-wheeled vehicles from the back of the king-si in 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

B. On March 2019, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) attached the B registration number plate, which was stolen by the Defendant, on the front day of the king-si in the middle of March 2019; and (b) attached the B registration number plate, as described in the said paragraph 1(a), on the front day of the king-si in the middle

As a result, the Defendant used the registration number plate unlawfully and used the air for the purpose of exercising it at the same time.

C. On March 2019, the Defendant exercised the registration number plate of the said B Motor Vehicle, which was an air defense unit, used unlawfully by operating a large-scale two-wheeled motor vehicle, which was arbitrarily attached to the B motor vehicle registration license plate, at a balwing place, as described in the foregoing paragraph 1-B, from March 201 to the police officer of the same month.

2. As to the F registration number plate:

A. The Defendant stolen as described in paragraph 1, and stolen B registration number plates attached to a two-wheeled vehicle, and stolen another number plates.

On April 13, 2019, the Defendant discovered a FCA 110E two-wheeled vehicle owned by the victim I, which was set up therein, in the direction of the Hesking City, G on April 23, 2019, and brought about a spashner prepared in advance by using any spash in the surrounding area and removing the house registration number plate of the two-wheeled vehicle.
