Criminal facts

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of a motor vehicle in the BV period of time.

Around 00:20 on August 16, 2020, the Defendant, while driving the said vehicle at around 00:20, driving the said vehicle, and driving the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Seoul, on the front side of the road, was negligent in neglecting the front side of the road at the seat of the D Institute.
