A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 17, 1973, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Seoul District Court’s Seoul District Court’s Branch Branch on March 28, 1986, sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. on August 2, 2001, and sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul District Court’s Branch on May 27, 2005, and sentenced to 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Sungwon District Court’s Branch on May 27, 2005, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 13, 2013.

On January 27, 2014, at around 19:00, the Defendant was prosecuted for non-disclosure of personal information of the victim in the following cases: (a) the new active bus stops in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 370, and in C bus stops in the bus stops in Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, and the road located in the bus stops in the bus stops in Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (b) the victim D was indicted for non-disclosure of personal information of the victim; (c) after discovering the bus, the Defendant was indicted for the victim; (d) using the gap in which the bus bills are mixed, the Defendant sawd the victim to steal the wall from the bank; and (d) laid down the wall in the city where the cash, identification cards, credit cards, etc. of the victim owned by the victim were included.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen another's property.
