Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A was sentenced to a maximum of one year or ten months of imprisonment for special larceny at the Incheon District Court on November 3, 198, and was sentenced to a maximum of one year and six months of imprisonment for special larceny at the Incheon District Court on September 12, 1990, and one year and six months of imprisonment for a short term. On August 18, 193, the Incheon District Court was sentenced to a one year and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seoul District Court on March 29, 1996; on April 14, 1998, one year and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Incheon District Court on April 14, 1998; on January 25, 200, by being sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Incheon District Court on December 13, 2001.

B was sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment for special larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on May 17, 1991, and one year and six months of imprisonment for special larceny at the Seoul East District Court on October 12, 1995, and on March 25, 1998, the Seoul District Court was sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on July 5, 2001, and three years and six months of imprisonment for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on January 11, 2005, and was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Daejeon District Court on March 18, 2009.
