When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 8, 2014, around 01:21, the Defendant: (a) reported to the 112 reporting center of the Defendant’s mobile phone (D) that “I am knife a knife a knife a knife and knife a knife at the 112 reporting center; and (b) obstructed police officers’ legitimate performance of duties concerning public safety and maintenance of order by deceptive means, by allowing police officers belonging to the Mag-gu police station to be dispatched to the Defendant’s dwelling; and (c) from March 10:04, 2014 to March 10:04, the Defendant falsely reported 112 of the total amount of 17 times, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, thereby hindering the police officers’ legitimate performance of duties concerning public safety and maintenance of order.
